PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION CLARIFICATION TEXT

Notification as Data Controller

As SEOBAZ BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“SEOBAZ”), we attach great importance to the security of your personal data. Your personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). KVKK aims to protect the rights and freedoms related to the protection and processing of personal data.

Under KVKK, as the data controller, we have prepared this clarification text to inform you about the processing of your personal data. SEOBAZ undertakes to act in compliance with legal obligations during the processing of personal data and to securely store such data. Data Controller:

Refers to the real or legal person who determines the purposes and methods of processing personal data and manages the data recording system.

Data Processor:

Refers to the real or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller, with the authorization of the data controller.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED AND ON WHAT GROUNDS?

In accordance with Articles 4 and 10 of the KVKK, the personal data categories are processed according to the processes and legal grounds explained below. Your personal data is processed by us for the following purposes, based on your interactions with SEOBAZ:

Identity Information:

Your personal data, such as name, surname, T.C. identity number, date of birth, is processed when you purchase a product/service or register as a member of SEOBAZ, in accordance with the execution of the contract, legal obligations, and operational requirements of the company.

Contact Information:

Data such as your email address, phone number, and residence address are processed when you contact SEOBAZ, make requests, or benefit from services. These are used for better service provision, customer relationship management, and informational purposes.

Visual and Multimedia Data:

Data such as images, videos, or voice recordings shared when you participate in events or services are also processed.

Location Data:

Location data shared when you use services may be processed based on operational needs and personalized services to be offered to you.

METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS

If processed, request information about it,
Learn the purpose of processing your data and whether it is used for the intended purpose,
Learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
If your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, request correction,
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
Request that corrections, deletions, or destructions of your personal data be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
Object to any conclusion reached about you based solely on automated processing of your data,
Request compensation for damages if your personal data is processed unlawfully.
