www.seobaz.com (the "Site") is operated by SEOBAZ BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Seobaz"). Everyone who uses the Site (the "User") agrees to comply with the following terms. The Membership Agreement additionally applies to members, and the relevant sales and service agreements apply to purchased services.
1. Use of the Site
- The User shall use the Site in accordance with applicable law, public morality and the rights of third parties, and may not share misleading, offensive, obscene or unlawful content or spread spam or malware.
- Unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or other users' data is prohibited. Reverse engineering is not permitted, and automated tools that could disrupt the operation of the Site may not be used.
- Free tools are offered within reasonable use limits; automated and excessive use may be restricted.
- In case of use that violates these terms, Seobaz may restrict the user's access to the Site and suspend their account.
2. Intellectual Property
The software, design, text, images, logos and trademarks on the Site belong to Seobaz or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, published or used for commercial purposes without Seobaz's written permission.
3. Accuracy of Information
Reasonable care is taken to keep the service, price and publisher information on the Site accurate and up to date. Traffic, authority and similar metrics of publisher sites are obtained from third-party tools and may change over time; they are provided for informational purposes only. The results of free tools are advisory in nature.
4. Limitation of Liability
Seobaz takes reasonable care to keep the Site running without interruption or errors; it is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service providers or force majeure. Seobaz is not responsible for the content of third-party links on the Site. Seobaz's liability for intent and gross negligence, as well as users' statutory rights, are reserved.
5. Personal Data
Information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Notice, and information on cookies in the Cookie Policy. Commercial electronic messages are sent only with separately given consent.
6. Changes
Seobaz may update these terms. The current version takes effect on the date it is published on the Site.
7. Evidence and Disputes
Seobaz's electronic records constitute evidence under Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100 (Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu); the right to submit counter-evidence is reserved. Users who are consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts; for other disputes, the Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
