Service Agreement

This agreement regulates the terms and conditions for the use of services provided through the seobaz.com website. By purchasing services from seobaz.com, the customer is deemed to have accepted the terms listed below.

1. SEO PACKAGE SERVICES

SEO packages are part of efforts made to enhance visibility in search engines, and they are prepared to meet the general backlink needs of websites. The external link (backlink) work provided within these packages is an important element of SEO efforts, but it does not guarantee success in search engine rankings on its own.

The customer agrees to take responsibility for thoroughly reviewing the contents of the purchased package, as the processes offered in the SEO packages are transparently listed. Seobaz guarantees that it will complete all the actions specified in the package content and deliver them within the committed timeframe.

The customer is responsible for all aspects of the actions performed in the SEO packages. The customer acknowledges that SEO is not the sole determining factor in the success or failure of a website. The success of SEO depends on various factors such as site history, content quality, competitor activities, server speed, and many other elements. Therefore, no guarantee of an increase in rankings is provided in SEO packages.

2. SERVICE DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

The estimated delivery times for SEO packages are specified in the package contents. Seobaz is responsible for delivering the service within the specified time. However, in cases of possible order overload, the delivery time may extend by a maximum of +3 business days. If the service is not delivered within this period, the customer has the right to request a refund.

All actions performed within SEO packages are guaranteed for 6 months from the delivery date. In case of an adverse situation, equivalent compensation actions will be carried out.

Seobaz reserves the right to change service prices and content at any time. Orders from websites that do not comply with our service policies or are in violation of the laws of the Republic of Turkey will be canceled, and a refund will be processed.

For customers who order with the 24-hour fast delivery option, the fast delivery fee will be refunded if the specified time is exceeded.

3. EXCEPTIONAL CASES

In the Quantum SEO package, as an exceptional case, if no increase is achieved at the end of the order, the work will be left as it is, and the work performed will be given as a gift to the customer. Additionally, 30% of the order will be refunded. The site's condition and SEO performance will be checked and reported using professional tools like Semrush, Ahrefs.

4. SEO CONSULTING SERVICE

All packages sold under the SEO Consulting Service offer a 100% increase guarantee. Seobaz promises to achieve an increase in the Google search engine for the keywords specified by the customer. The work done under this service is permanent, and in case of an adverse situation, equivalent compensation actions will be carried out.

SEO work may show visible increases between 40-50 days depending on the sector and competition conditions. In services with a 3-month or longer contract, if the promised service is not delivered within the specified period, a 30% refund will be made.

Seobaz is obligated to provide regular reporting to the customer during the service process. If two reports are not sent within 30 days, the customer has the right to request a 100% refund.

5. PROMOTIONAL ARTICLE SERVICE

The average delivery time for promotional article services is 1-3 business days.
The delivery time for promotional articles on national news sites and press releases may vary between 1-7 business days depending on site policies.
Published promotional articles are guaranteed for 6 months. If any deletion or adverse situation occurs within this period, compensation actions will be carried out.

6. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

In order to benefit from professional SEO services, the customer agrees to the following obligations:

The SEO company may request access to FTP, SSH, and the site administration panel when necessary for optimization work.
The customer allows the SEO company to directly contact third parties (e.g., web designers) when deemed necessary.
Full access to the website's traffic statistics must be provided.
Permission is granted for the use of materials such as logos, trademarks, and website visuals necessary for SEO work.
If the website content is incomplete, the customer must provide the necessary content. Alternatively, the SEO company may create content for an additional fee.

7. OTHER CONDITIONS RELATED TO SEO SERVICES

Both the customer and the SEO company are responsible for evaluating the service's performance every 3 months.
The SEO company does not guarantee first place for specific keywords. During SEO work, fluctuations in rankings may occur due to the work done by competitors.
The customer acknowledges that any changes made without consulting the SEO company will negatively affect the SEO work. Such changes include:
Changes made to file and folder names.
Changes made to titles and content in web documents.
Removal of Analytics or tracking codes.
Uploading new files or renaming existing documents on the website.
Unauthorized changes made to optimized pages.

8. COPYRIGHT AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer represents that the texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided for SEO work are either owned by them or they have permission to use them. Seobaz cannot be held responsible for any legal obligations arising from the use of these elements.

9. SUCCESS CONDITIONS OF SEO WORK

The customer acknowledges that SEO alone cannot be held responsible for the success of the website. Success requires collaboration with the SEO provider, dedication of the necessary time and resources, and compliance with the SEO company's recommendations.

This agreement is valid for all customers who receive services from seobaz.com and is deemed accepted once the services are used. Seobaz reserves the right to update this agreement without prior notice.
