This agreement sets out the conditions for using the services offered through seobaz.com. By receiving services from seobaz.com, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the terms below.
1. SEO PACKAGES SERVICE
SEO packages are part of the work carried out to achieve visibility in search engines and are designed to meet the general backlink needs of websites. Although the external link (backlink) work offered within these packages is an important element of SEO work, it does not on its own guarantee success in search engine rankings.
In backlink and sponsored article packages, publication sites are selected according to three criteria: organic traffic, category relevance and location. Sites that score well on these criteria and suit the customer's industry are included in the publication plan. Whether a link is dofollow or nofollow is at the editorial discretion of the publisher site; Seobaz does not undertake that all links within the package scope will be or remain dofollow. The link type, and any later change of the link type by the publisher, does not constitute grounds for a refund or compensation as long as the article is live and the link is accessible.
The Customer acknowledges that the work included in SEO packages is listed transparently, and accepts responsibility for reviewing the contents of the purchased package in detail. Seobaz guarantees that it will complete all the work specified in the package contents in full and deliver it within the committed time.
The Customer acknowledges that SEO work is not the sole determining factor in the success or failure of a site. The success of SEO depends on many factors such as the site's history, content quality, competitors' work and server speed. For this reason, no ranking increase is promised in SEO packages.
2. SERVICE DELIVERY AND REFUND CONDITIONS
The estimated delivery times of SEO packages are stated in the package contents. Seobaz is obliged to deliver the service within the stated times. However, in situations such as high order volume, the delivery time may be extended by up to 3 additional business days. If the service is not delivered within this period, the customer has the right to request a refund.
All work carried out in SEO packages is guaranteed for 6 months from the delivery date. In the event of a problem, equivalent compensatory work will be carried out.
Seobaz reserves the right to change service prices and contents at any time. Orders for sites that do not comply with our service policies or that provide services contrary to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye are canceled and refunded.
For customers who order with the 24-hour express delivery option, the express delivery fee is refunded if the stated time is exceeded.
3. EXCEPTIONAL CASES
In the Quantum SEO package, solely as an exceptional case, if no ranking increase is achieved as a result of the order, the completed work is left in place and provided to the customer free of charge. In addition, 30% of the order is refunded. The site's condition and SEO performance are checked and reported using professional tools such as Semrush and Ahrefs.
4. SEO CONSULTING SERVICE
All packages sold under the SEO Consulting Service come with a 100% ranking increase guarantee. Seobaz undertakes to achieve a ranking increase on the Google search engine for the keywords specified by the customer. The work carried out under this service is permanent, and in the event of any problem, equivalent compensatory work is carried out.
Depending on industry and competition conditions, a noticeable ranking increase from SEO work may occur within 40–50 days. For services with a contract of three months or longer, if the commitment is not fulfilled within the stated period, a 30% refund is made.
Seobaz is obliged to report to the customer regularly during the service. If reports are not sent twice within 30 days, the customer has the right to request a 100% refund.
5. SPONSORED ARTICLE SERVICE
- The average delivery time for the sponsored article service is 1–3 business days.
- For outlets such as national news sites and press releases, the delivery time of sponsored articles may range from 1–7 business days depending on site policies.
- Published sponsored articles are covered by our 6-month guarantee. In the event of any removal or problem during this period, compensatory work will be carried out.
- The link type (dofollow / nofollow) and link structure of publisher sites are at the publisher's editorial discretion. The link type shown in the catalog is informational data reflecting the publisher's general practice; Seobaz does not guarantee that the link will be or remain dofollow. As long as the article is live and the link is accessible, the link type or a later change of the link type does not constitute grounds for a refund or compensation.
6. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
To benefit from professional SEO services, the customer accepts the following obligations:
- The SEO Company may request access to FTP, SSH and the site admin panel where necessary for optimization work.
- The Customer allows the SEO Company to communicate directly with third parties (e.g., web designers) where the SEO Company deems it necessary.
- Full access to the website's traffic statistics must be provided.
- Permission is granted to use materials required for SEO work, such as logos, trademarks and website images.
- If the website's text content is incomplete, the customer must provide the necessary content. Alternatively, the SEO Company may create content for an additional fee.
7. OTHER CONDITIONS REGARDING THE SEO SERVICE
- The customer and the SEO Company are obliged to evaluate the performance of the SEO service at the end of every 3 months.
- The SEO Company does not guarantee first place for specific keywords. During SEO work, rankings may fluctuate depending on the work done by competitors.
- The Customer acknowledges that changes made without prior consultation with the SEO Company will negatively affect the SEO work. Such changes include the following:
- Changes to file and folder names.
- Changes to headings and text content in web documents.
- Removal of Analytics or tracking codes.
- Uploading new files to the website or renaming existing documents.
- Unauthorized changes to optimized pages.
8. COPYRIGHT AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer declares that the text, images, logos, trademarks and other materials they provide for use in SEO work belong to them or that they have permission to use them. Seobaz cannot be held liable for legal consequences arising from the use of these elements.
9. CONDITIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL SEO WORK
The Customer acknowledges that SEO alone cannot be held responsible for the success of the website. Success requires the customer to cooperate with the SEO provider, commit the necessary time and effort, and follow the SEO Company's recommendations.
This agreement applies to all customers receiving services from seobaz.com and is deemed accepted once the customer starts using the services. Seobaz may update this agreement; updates apply to orders placed after they are published, and earlier orders are subject to the conditions in effect on the order date. Consumers' rights under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) are reserved.
