This document sets out the delivery conditions and the cancellation and refund processes for the digital services offered for sale by SEOBAZ Bilişim Limited Şirketi through www.seobaz.com. It is based on the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have accepted these terms.

3. Nature of Services and Products, Delivery Method
All services and products offered by SEOBAZ are digital. Since no physical products are shipped, there is no shipping, delivery fee or delivery address.
Depending on the nature of the purchased service, delivery is made through the following channels:
• Via the order screen in the Customer Panel (report, publication URL, delivery files)
• Notification to the email address specified in the order
• Directly on screen for free tools and instant services
4. Delivery Times
The delivery period starts on the date the order payment is confirmed. Times by service are as follows:
• Press release distribution: 1 business day
• WordPress news theme: 1 business day
• Feniks / Elite Pack backlink package: 3–4 business days
• Zodyak, Quantum / Master Pack, Ultimate Pack backlink packages: 4–8 business days
• Sponsored article: published on the publication date chosen by the customer when ordering. If no date is chosen, it is completed within 7 days
• SEO packages and AI Visibility packages: carried out on a monthly basis; the first monthly report is delivered within 1 month of the order date
• Content production: 7 days, depending on the order scope
• Web design: 4–6 weeks on average, depending on project size
• Google Ads and social media advertising management: carried out for the duration of the campaign; setup is completed within 7 days
For backlink and sponsored article packages, the delivery time may vary within the ranges above depending on the publishing workload of publisher sites at the time.
In sponsored article and backlink publications, the link type (dofollow / nofollow) is at the editorial discretion of the publisher site. The link type shown in the catalog is for informational purposes only; SEOBAZ does not guarantee that the link will be or remain dofollow. As long as the article is live and the link is accessible, the link type is not a reason for a refund or republication.
If a delay is caused by the customer (for example, while awaiting content, images, access details or approval), the delivery period is paused until the missing information is provided.
5. Delivery Tracking
The stage of an order can be tracked from the Customer Panel. For sponsored article and backlink orders, the publication URL is added to the panel once the publication is live and we have verified it. Every delivery step is recorded.
6. Purchases for Commercial and Professional Purposes
Under Law No. 6502, only persons acting for purposes other than commercial or professional activities are considered consumers. Most SEOBAZ services are purchased by businesses as part of their commercial activities.
Since customers who purchase a service or product as part of their commercial or professional activities are not considered consumers, the provisions on the right of withdrawal do not apply to these purchases. The relationship between the parties is subject to the service agreement and general provisions. The order becomes binding once payment is confirmed.
7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Even for purchases made as a consumer, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases. Due to the nature of SEOBAZ products and services, the vast majority of orders fall within this scope:
• Digital products delivered instantly (Art. 15/1-e and Art. 15/1-ğ): WordPress news theme, software and license deliveries, digital files and the use of paid tools on our website. Since performance is complete as soon as the file is downloaded or the tool is run, no right of withdrawal arises.
• Work prepared specifically for the customer (Art. 15/1-b): Keyword analysis, technical audit reports, content production, sponsored article texts, web design and strategy work. Since this work is produced exclusively for the relevant customer's request and domain, it cannot be transferred to another customer and cannot be returned after delivery.
• Services whose performance started with explicit approval: In ongoing services such as SEO packages, AI Visibility packages, backlink packages and advertising management, work starts immediately with the explicit approval the customer gives at the order step. This approval is given by confirming the statement "I request that the service be started immediately" in the confirmation box at the order step; as stated in the Preliminary Information Form, the right of withdrawal is lost upon this approval and ends at the moment the approval is given.
• Work performed on a specific date (Art. 15/1-g): Sponsored article and press release publications scheduled for the publication date chosen by the customer.
8. When the Right of Withdrawal Applies
For orders that fall under none of the exceptions above, that is, orders purchased as a consumer for which no work has started and no delivery has been made, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the contract date without giving any reason.
In practice, this covers orders that have been paid for but not yet started because customer approval is pending. In such a case, the withdrawal notice is sent through the channels below and the payment is refunded.
9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Cancellation or refund requests can be submitted through the following channels:
• By opening a support ticket in the Customer Panel
• By sending an email to info@seobaz.com
• By phone at 0850 840 95 39
Including the order number in the request speeds up the process. Requests are reviewed and the outcome is communicated within 3 business days at the latest.
10. Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal has been duly exercised or a refund request has been accepted, the payment is refunded within 14 days of the notice reaching us.
The refund is made using the same payment method and to the same payment instrument. For credit card payments, the amount is refunded to the bank; the time it takes the bank to reflect it on the card account is outside SEOBAZ's control and varies from bank to bank. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund is made to the account the payment came from.
For payments made using the customer balance, the refund is made to the balance upon request.
11. Partially Performed Services
For SEO and advertising management services carried out monthly, if a cancellation request is received during a period, the price of the portion actually performed up to that date is calculated and the remaining amount is refunded. The portion actually performed is documented through delivered reports, published content and work carried out.
In backlink and sponsored article packages, items already published are considered performed; the price of unpublished items is refunded.
12. Inability to Provide the Service
If the ordered service cannot be provided for technical or other reasons, SEOBAZ notifies the customer within 3 days and refunds the full amount collected within 14 days at the latest. If the customer wishes, they may be offered an equivalent alternative service; the choice rests with the customer.
13. Dispute Resolution
The parties first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If no agreement is reached, customers who are consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade. For customers who are not consumers, the Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
