The Seobaz Reseller Program is a loyalty program that offers category-based, tiered and automatic discounts to business partners who purchase regularly, such as agencies and digital service providers. This page sets out the program's eligibility requirements, discount rates and operating rules. By using the program, our customers with reseller status are deemed to have accepted the terms below.
1. ELIGIBILITY
- Application: The program is for agencies, digital service providers and business partners who purchase regularly on behalf of their clients. To join, simply contact us through our contact channels or the support section of your panel.
- Activation: Your application is reviewed and, if approved, reseller status is assigned to your account by Seobaz. Your status and current discount rates are shown on the home page of your Customer Panel. There is no participation fee or prepayment requirement.
- Payment methods: Reseller discounts apply to all payment methods: balance, credit card and bank transfer.
2. RESELLER DISCOUNT RATES
Discounts are category-based, applied automatically in the cart and increase step by step as your orders grow:

Order-based rate progression (backlink packages): Each increase you earn applies to your subsequent orders, starting after the order whose payment is completed. If you place consecutive backlink orders, your rate progresses as follows:

The rate for SEO packages is fixed: since SEO packages are an ongoing monthly service, no tiers apply; your reseller discount is 10% on every order.
Sponsored article spending tiers:

Spending amounts are calculated on net amounts excluding VAT.
3. HOW IT WORKS
- Your discounts are applied automatically in the cart; you do not need to enter a code or make a request. You can track your current rates on the Reseller Program card on the home page of your Customer Panel.
- Rate increases are credited to your account when the order payment is completed. Unpaid or canceled orders do not earn rate increases.
- Even if an order contains more than one backlink package, only one increase is credited per order. SEO package orders do not earn rate increases; their rate is fixed, but they keep your reseller status active.
- Rate increases and spending amounts earned from refunded orders may be revoked by Seobaz.
- Resellers may also place sponsored article orders via the API if they wish; reseller rates apply equally to API orders. To get API access, simply contact us.
4. WHITE-LABEL REPORTS (REPORTS WITH YOUR BRAND)
- Resellers can set their own brand name and logo in the Report Branding (White-Label) section on the My Profile page in the Customer Panel.
- Once a brand is set, PDF versions of backlink package reports are generated with the reseller's brand and logo; the Seobaz brand does not appear in the report, and the report can be presented to the end client as the reseller's own work.
- Until a brand is set, reports are generated with the standard Seobaz branding.
- White-label generation covers only the branding of the report; for the scope of the service, delivery and other matters, the relevant provisions of this page apply.
5. COUPONS AND CAMPAIGNS
- Discount coupons cannot be used on reseller accounts; your reseller discounts apply instead of coupons. The reseller discount cannot be combined with any coupon or campaign.
- Since 6- and 12-month plans already include one or two free months, the reseller discount is not additionally applied to these items.
- The program discount does not apply to orders with custom pricing (outside the catalog), as these orders are already individually priced.
6. RATE PROTECTION AND RESET
- To keep the rate increases you have earned, you only need to place at least one paid order within 3 months.
- If no paid order is placed for 3 months, earned increases are cleared and your rates return to the starting level (sponsored articles 5%, SEO/backlink 10%). Your reseller status does not end; you can raise your rates again as you place orders.
- The Reseller Program card in your panel shows your last order date so that you can keep your rates.
7. TERMINATION OF STATUS
- Reseller status may be terminated unilaterally by Seobaz in case of program abuse (fake orders, payment abuse, breach of service terms, etc.).
- When the status ends, the assigned discount rates are removed; orders already placed and paid are not affected.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Seobaz reserves the right to change the program conditions, rates and caps, and to suspend or end the program. Changes take effect on the date they are published on this page and do not affect orders whose payment was completed before the publication date.
- For matters not covered on this page, the provisions of the Service Agreement and the Terms of Use apply.
