Referral Program

Referral Program Rules

This document sets out how the Seobaz Referral Program works, its reward conditions and its rules. By sharing your referral link or by signing up through a referral link, you are deemed to have accepted these rules. The program is run solely through the Seobaz (seobaz.com) Customer Panel.

1. Definitions

• Referrer: A registered Seobaz member who shares their own referral link.
• Referred Member: A new member who signs up to Seobaz for the first time through a referral link.
• Referral Link: The personal link found in the "Refer & Earn" section of each member's panel.
• Reward Balance: Balance credited to the referrer's account that can be used only for purchases on Seobaz and cannot be converted to cash.

2. Why Does This Program Exist and How Were the Rates Set?

The referral program budget is not a profit share. It is the marketing budget we would otherwise spend on advertising to reach new customers. Instead of spending it on search engine and social media ads, we prefer to pass the same amount on to the members and resellers who already work with us. In other words, the program is a customer acquisition budget that we have redirected.

This distinction directly shapes the reward structure and is the reason for the limits below:

• The reward is not funded from the package's profit margin. Our service packages do not have a profit margin at the 25% level, let alone a recurring one. The reward is funded only from the one-time cost of acquiring a new customer. For this reason, the reward is not a commission paid continuously on the full order.
• The 25% rate applies only to the first referral, only to its first order, and is capped at 2,500 TL. The cap is in place to prevent the reward from exceeding the acquisition cost on a single order. Example: on an order of 16,200 TL, the proportional reward would be 4,050 TL; due to the cap, the reward is applied as 2,500 TL.
• Every referral after the first earns a fixed 500 TL. A member's first referral is set higher because for us it means opening a new promotion channel. In later referrals the cost structure changes, so the reward returns to a fixed amount.
• The reward is given only once per referred member. Later orders by the same person do not generate additional rewards, because the acquisition cost arises only on the first order.
• The reward balance cannot be converted to cash. Since the budget is a marketing budget, the reward can be used only for Seobaz services. A cash payment would turn the reward into profit sharing, which our package prices are not designed for.
• The minimum order amount is 5,000 TL. A lower limit applies because the balance between acquisition cost and reward cannot be maintained on small orders.

In short: this program is a transparent way of giving our resellers and customers a share of our advertising budget. If the rates look generous, this is why; for the same reason, however, they apply only once and are capped.

3. How Does the Program Work?

1. The referrer shares the personal referral link in their panel.
2. The referred person signs up to Seobaz as a new member through this link.
3. The referred member places their first order and the order payment is completed.
4. When the conditions are met, the reward is automatically credited to the referrer's account as balance.

Important: The referral is recorded at the moment the referred person signs up. If someone signed up without using the referral link, entering a code later during an order does not earn a reward. The person you refer must therefore open their account using your link.

4. Rewards

For the Referrer:

• First successful referral: a reward balance equal to 25% of the referred member's first paid order (up to 2,500 TL).
• Every successful referral after the first: a fixed reward balance of 500 TL per referral.

For the Referred Member:

• A 10% discount on their first order (with a single-use welcome coupon assigned after signing up).

5. Conditions for Earning the Reward

• The reward is given on the referred member's first paid order of 5,000 TL or more. Signing up alone does not earn a reward.
• The reward is given only once per referred member; later orders by the same person do not earn additional rewards.
• The referred member must be a genuinely new Seobaz member.
• Balance top-ups and manual (non-invoiced) orders are not covered by this program.

6. About the Reward Balance

• The reward balance can be used only to purchase services/packages on Seobaz.
• The reward balance cannot be converted to cash, transferred to another account or claimed as a refund.
• The reward balance has no expiry date.

7. Abuse, Prohibitions and Cancellation

• Self-referral is prohibited. Referring yourself or multiple accounts belonging to the same person does not earn a reward.
• An existing customer opening a second account does not earn a reward. A person who has previously registered with Seobaz opening a new account with a different email address or phone number to generate a referral reward is considered abuse. In this case, no reward is credited.
• Email variations count as the same address. Adding numbers or characters to the end of the address (example1@, example2@), using dots (ex.ample@) and "+tag" variations (example+seobaz@) are treated as one and the same email address.
• Accounts found to belong to the same person (same email, phone, identity details, or transactions over the same connection/IP) are excluded from rewards.
• For referrals made over the same network or device, the reward is automatically paused and placed under manual review. In cases involving genuinely separate people, such as the same office or the same household, you can request a review by opening a support ticket.
• Referrals and orders created through fake, automated or misleading methods are invalid.
• If the order subject to the reward is canceled or refunded, the related reward balance is reclaimed from the referrer's account.
• Seobaz reserves the right to review, suspend or cancel referrals and rewards suspected of abuse.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Within the program, members' contact details and connection (IP) data may be processed to prevent abuse. This processing is carried out within the scope of the KVKK Privacy Notice.

9. Changes to and Termination of the Program

Seobaz reserves the right to change reward rates, caps, the minimum order amount and program conditions without prior notice, or to end the program entirely. The current conditions are always those in the latest version published on this page.
