In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun) and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages, SEOBAZ BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Seobaz") sends commercial electronic messages containing campaigns, discounts, announcements and promotions only with your consent. Giving consent is optional; not giving consent does not affect your membership or orders.
Your consent is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS, İleti Yönetim Sistemi). After giving consent, you can opt out at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge, in any of the following ways:
- from the message preferences in your Customer Panel,
- via the "unsubscribe" link in every email we send,
- by writing to info@seobaz.com, or
- through İYS (iys.org.tr).
Your opt-out request is processed within 3 business days at the latest.
How We Use Message Channels
Even if you have given consent, Seobaz uses SMS only for notifications about order and transaction status and does not send marketing messages by SMS. Campaign and announcement messages are sent by email only. Transactional notifications such as order confirmation, payment, delivery and account security are not subject to consent, as they are required to provide the service.
